"I was concerned when I had to place my Mum into a care home as you hear such awful stories. It is not easy handing your Mother over to strangers. You feel guilty and anxious. Willow Lodge was on my list and available and I was told to come up any time with no appointment which already gave me a positive feel. Now Mum has been here 18 months the upset has been made easier because of care given. The staff are all polite but more importantly really care about the residents. Activities in the afternoon stimulate residents and stop the boredom."
