We at Willow Lodge are blessed to have a happy, friendly, competent and caring team. Our team are well trained and many team members have training above the standards laid down by the Care Quality Commission.

Our Manager, Karey Abbot is available all week ably supported by 3 Senior Carers with a rota system being employed to cover weekends.

We have ample staff to ensure a high level of care, all of which have regular access to various training courses throughout each year. The training ensures our friendly staff are well equipped to provide excellent care services for the elderly.
