Willow Lodge is a family run business owned by Stephen and Andrew Geach. The Geach name has been in the care home industry for over 20 years with them taking over Willow lodge in 2007.

Andrew Geach has 9 years experience as a Police Officer in Hampshire and 8 years experience as a Royal Navy paramedic. Andrew has 4 children and is married to Carole who manages a second home.

Carole is currently studying for her NVQ level 4 and frequently attends Willow Lodge to support the Management team.

Stephen Geach has also spent several years in the Royal Navy working for the Fleet Air Arm and has been in the care home industry for over 15 years. Stephen is at hand every day for advice and also regularly visits the home. Stephen’s wife Ruth manages the head office and overlooks several staff working on the invoicing and accounts. They have 3 children and expecting a fourth very soon.

Willow Lodge prides its self on good family cooking and a family atmosphere. All of our residents are part of the family and are treated as such by all of our staff.

We are always open to constructive criticism and continually strive to make Willow Lodge even better. Andrew has an office at Shedfield Lodge (our sister home) and is at hand most of the working week.

Trained Staff: At Willow Lodge all our staff are trained to CQC standards.
